Subscription

1. Subscription Plans: By subscribing to our Service, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the subscription plan you have selected. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate subscription plans at any time without prior notice.

2. Payment: You agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined in the selected subscription plan. Payment shall be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription.

3. Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the applicable subscription fee using the payment method on file.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refunds: Initial deposit is 100% refundable until the website is launched.  At this point, subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be issued at our discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse refund requests.

Content

1. Ownership: All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws unless provided to us by the client during the design process.

2. Usage: You may access and use the content provided through the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the content without our prior written consent.
